Wednesday Training

Mid-week we meet up for a more structured training session from 7:30pm at Sheen Gate, Richmond Park at 7:30pm.

Workouts are tough, but will always be adaptable to the individual runners capability and goals.

A typical session might involve warm-up, drills, strides, intervals and cool down.  We have a number of go to locations in and around the park that always means there is a lot of variety - a great distraction!

During the Summer, we aim to do a series of sessions at Barnes Running Track.
