Always wanted to start running but didn’t know where to begin? The Couch to 5K programme is designed just for you!
Starting on 6 January 2025...
Over 8–10 weeks, we’ll help you go from zero to confidently running 5K—all at your own pace. With our friendly group runs, a supportive community, the Shufflers, and expert guidance, you’ll stay motivated and on track.
Absolutely no running experience? No problem! This programme is for everyone—whether you’ve never run before or you’re getting back into it.
We’ll finish with a celebratory 5K parkrun at Richmond Park on 15 March 2025, followed by a fun post-run gathering to mark your incredible achievement.
